Registration office:

It is responsible for supervising student registration data, printing the reports, and providing the departments with the required information about the academic status of  their students. It is administratively linked with  academic affairs unit.

 

 Registration office Tasks :

1-Adding and dropping some courses according to the college regulation and rules.

2-Modifying students test schedule

          3-Issuing university cards

           4-Modifying students schedules

          5-providing students with some  services such as the work of exceptional opportunities and re-enrollment

          6-Providing the departments with the required information on the academic status  of students

          7-Issuing absence and deprivation statements

         8-Opening or joining some sections in coordination with the academic departments and the Deanship of Admission and Registration
