Employees Affairs Administrative Tasks   :

Completing  the recruitment, contracting and registration procedures for Saudi employees and contractors employees and updating any change in their services, salaries and allowances

  Completing the procedures of bonuses, vacations, allowances and penalties for the college employees , upon the approval of the competent authorities and reporting that to the college dean

       Applying the decisions of the deducting on the days of absence for the faculty members on the basis of informing the competent authorities and reporting that to the Dean of the College

        Completing the leave procedures after the approval of the owner of the authority and raising the request for compensation benefits for the contractors and the termination of service awards and reporting that to the Dean of the College

    Completing the procedures for the dismissal of the faculty members

and reporting that to the Dean of the College

        Supervissing  the disbursement of all financial dues to faculty members and reporting that to the Dean of the College

         Providing the College Dean with  a semi-annual report on the  Office work and what has been accomplished
